Dr.
Jeff Yenyou Zheng – Chairman
Dr. Zheng has been involved with the management and development of various companies in North America for over 10 years. He is a founding director and president of Aquasol Environtech Ltd., listed on OTCBB (“AQEVF”) and a director of Cantronic Systems Inc., a hi-tech company listed on the TSX-Venture (“CTS”).
Dr. Zheng received his doctorate degree in physics from Flinders University of South Australia in 1990. From 1991 to 2002, he worked as a senior research associate at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Dr. Zheng has also served as an adjunct professor at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. He is also President of Canada China Economy &Technology Centre and a senior advisor to the Dalian High-Technology Industrial Zone in Dalian City, China.

Jeffrey Cartwright – CEO
Jeffrey Cartwright has been the founder and operator of several, successful, diverse businesses; from a road painting company, to gourmet coffee and foods, restaurants and art galleries in the Vancouver area.
He is a founding director and CEO of St. Andrew’s Finance Ltd, a private corporate finance company based in Vancouver with operations in Asia and North America. Mr. Cartwright’s business connections in Asia and the United States have afforded many different opportunities for St. Andrew’s, including the debt reorganization of agricultural operations, financing of start up tech and tech services companies and the marketing of investment funds in Asia.
Mr. Cartwright attended Vancouver Community College, the Justice Institute of British Columbia and is an active 12 year veteran firefighter with the New Westminster Fire Department in British Columbia. He is involved in several charitable endeavours in his community, his gourmet coffee and food business donates a portion of proceeds to the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation and he was President of the New West Firefighter’s Charitable Society for seven years. |

Kathleen Martin – Vice President , Finance
Kathleen Martin has been involved in the international financial markets and corporate finance for 24 years. She is a director of Learnsoft Corporation, a TSX Venture listed corporation involved in on-line education. She is a founding director and President of St. Andrew’s Finance Corporation, a private corporate finance corporation based in Vancouver.
Ms. Martin has been involved in the financing of several diverse businesses from film and television to bio-technology and agricultural services company.
Ms. Martin obtained a B.A. from the University of British Columbia, was a licensed securities advisor from 1985 to 1992 and has attended several courses in corporate finance, marketing and regulatory education. |
