Dr. Jeff Yenyou Zheng, Partner & Managing Director
Dr. Jeff Zheng has been involved with the management and development of various companies in Northern America for over 12 years. From 2000, he has been a Founding Director and President of Aquasol Environtech Ltd., a wastewater treatment company operated in Canada, now a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Cantronic Systems Inc., an inferred camera hi-tech Canadian company, listed in TSX-Venture, and a Director of Polo Biology Global Group Corp., listed in the TSX-Venture. From 2003 to 2005, Dr. Zheng was a Director and CFO of Goldstrike Inc., a junior mining company, listed in OTCBB, and from 2004 to 2006, a Consultant for Minco Silver Corporation, a mining company, listed in TSX. Dr. Zheng is involved with public listing, management and financing of these companies.
Dr. Zheng received his doctorate degree in physics from Flinders University of South Australia in 1990. From 1991 to 1999, he worked as a senior Research Associate at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Dr. Zheng has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Tsinghua University in Beijing, and China University of Science and Technology. He is an Overseas Advisor to China Association of Science and Technology (CAST), Vice President of Canada-China Business Association, and a Senior Advisor to the Dalian High-Technology Industrial Zone in Dalian City, China.

Tom Kennedy, Partner
Mr. Kennedy was a graduate of the University of British Columbia having received his Bachelor of Commerce & Business Administration degree in 1973 and his Juris Doctor degree in 1974. Mr. Kennedy was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1975 and has practiced law for 36 years. After 7 years of employment with the Canadian Federal Department of Justice, Mr. Kennedy has primarily focused as a legal, financial and business consultant to publicly-traded companies. Mr. Kennedy is currently a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association and the British Columbia Bar Association, and an Associate member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Kennedy currently serves in positions as CEO, CFO, President, Vice-President and Secretary of several TSX Venture Exchange and CNSX publicly traded companies, primarily focused on mineral exploration.

John S. Morita, Partner
John Morita has been a professional accountant for over 38 years and is a member of the Certified General Accountants Association of B.C. For the past twenty two years Mr. Morita has been a management consultant, advising on income tax issues, personal financial matters and has held a variety of senior positions as a Director, V P of Finance, CFO and Corporate Secretary with various public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX) and OTC B/B. Mr. Morita is especially knowledgeable and conversant with the rules, regulations and policies of both the TSX Venture Exchange, CNSX and the BC and Alberta Securities Commissions. He has been involved with mergers and acquisitions, Reverse Take-overs (RTO’s), and the restructuring and reorganizing of public companies as well as private companies.
Current Positions held in public companies include: CFO and director of Keymark Resources Inc.., a junior exploration company currently listed on the CNSX; CFO of Golden Cross Resources Inc., a junior exploration company currently listed on the CNSX; CFO and Director of Urastar Energy Inc. a junior exploration company currently listed on the TSX.V Exchange; Director of Polo Biology Global Group Corporation, a junior exploration company currently listed on the TSX.V; Director and CFO of Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. a junior mining exploration company listed on the TSX; and CFO of Acadia Resources Corp. (formerly Global Tree Technologies Inc.), a TSX.V company trading on the NEX board as a technology company.

Kathleen Martin – Vice President , Finance
Kathleen Martin has been involved in the international financial markets and corporate finance for 24 years. She is a director of Learnsoft Corporation, a TSX Venture listed corporation involved in on-line education. She is a founding director and President of St. Andrew’s Finance Corporation, a private corporate finance corporation based in Vancouver.
Ms. Martin has been involved in the financing of several diverse businesses from film and television to bio-technology and agricultural services company.
Ms. Martin obtained a B.A. from the University of British Columbia, was a licensed securities advisor from 1985 to 1992 and has attended several courses in corporate finance, marketing and regulatory education. |
